Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! I'm Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky dad. People often recognize me as @annephung on Instagram and I write about my life from highs and lows. It was 1990 that my family moved to America. When I was of 1 and 1/4 I was able to join my parents. In the hope of having the best life possible I was determined to try my best to please them and was focused on achieving my goals. I believed my future would unfold the same way as I graduated from college, get a corporate position, get married and start an family. While I believed this was the standard for the ideal life, reality had other plans. Money and the prestige of my position was not what I wanted to be. I felt as if I wasted my life for the opportunity to earn a salary. While navigating my way towards a new job, I realized that I was meant to become personal trainer. I was a fan of working out, I liked being social and I loved helping people. It was in 2014 that I established my company and I will celebrate my 7th year anniversary by 2021. Since I am an Asian woman in the industry, there are very many of us. My mission in this field is to build a more durable and healthy life style that is in line with the desires of my customers. It is my aim for me to help others chase their desires and achieve the life they've always dreamed of. My career exploded as I was experiencing the most success in my entire life. However, my mother passed away at the same time that my career took off. The eight years she fought battle with the disease. She is now resting in Heaven, and I remain close to her in my heart. It's incredible how life can give us the exact instruction we require, even if we aren't aware of it. My loss has impacted my life in a variety of ways. It is my belief that her death gave me an opportunity to begin the next chapter. Her death on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start a new life. To me, it was a second chance for me to live a fulfilling life. As I approach my 30s I feel a sense that I am alive and living. I don't feel as if I'm just a mere existence anymore. In sharing my story I hope my words will resonate with you. It is my wish to make you aware that you're never truly alone. I believe that you are blessed with the potential to accomplish whatever you want to achieve. Because death is all there is in this world I want you to enjoy living your life to the fullest and leave with no regrets.
